Xiamen, China – June 27, 2017 - Yealink, the global leading unified communication (UC) terminal solution provider, announced today the release of its new, enterprise-grade CP960 Conference Phone, for easy conferencing and clear communication.
The CP960, which combines Harmon’s cutting-edge acoustic engineering with Yealink’s own HD voice technology, was specifically designed for use in mid and large-sized meeting rooms.
“We are thrilled to introduce the CP960 as the latest product in our family of dynamic, enterprise-grade conferencing endpoints,” stated Yealink Vice President Stone Lu. “This powerful, feature-rich phone is the perfect match for day-to-day conferencing needs.”
The CP960 comes with the following features:
The CP960 Conference Phone offers 20-foot wide, 360 degree dead-zone free voice pickup, for a full audio experience. Voice pickup distance can be increased to as much as 60 feet using a pair of Yealink wireless microphones with embedded DECT technology.
The CP960 Conference Phone also features Yealink Noise Proof technology, which eliminates external environmental sounds like typing, air conditioners and background chatter during calls. This allows for clear, distraction-free meetings. Yealink Noise Proof can even automatically mute the microphone when someone is not speaking, and turns back on when a human voice is detected in the room.
This phone will look sharp in even the fanciest of conference rooms, as it features a stylish metallic silver finish and UV process design. Its five-inch, high-resolution 1280x720 multi-touch screen provides a fast and smooth user experience that is simple and comfortable.
Users will also benefit from the Yealink Pentagon Meeting Room, the CP960’s virtual meeting room interface that enables up to five-party conferencing. Organizers can also create meetings with push-button ease. In fact, it’s possible to invite or join participants without having to pause or interrupt an ongoing conversation. What’s more, the phone’s Yealink Active Speaker feature will automatically display a caller’s information when they speak into the microphone for reduced confusion.
Hybrid UC Meeting is incredibly easy on the CP960. When using a mobile phone or PC-based soft phone like Skype for Business, calls can be routed directly to the CP960 over a USB port or Bluetooth. This feature can also be used to invite other parties to make a conference call. The CP960 also comes with 100-hour local call recording, built-in WiFi and Bluetooth and a powerful Android 5.1 operating system. Plus, it has a 3.5 mm jack for optimal voice output, as well as two microphones and power over Ethernet functionality.
